Revegetation and Land Rehabilitation

Revegetation and Land Rehabilitation Strategies can either form part of a Land Management Plan or Farm Management Plan.  In other cases, there may be area located on a property that may have a specific issue that may require addressing resulting in a specific revegetation of land rehabilitation strategy.

Components of a targeted Revegetation and Land Rehabilitation Strategy may include:

  • Planting indigenous trees particularly in woodland vegetation communities as shelter belts for soil protection, decreased water runoff and provide stock protection and improve biodiversity.
  • Restoring degraded pasture and revegetate degraded farms.
  • Gully erosion and soil management to slow water runoff to protect river or creek banks.
  • Project planning and management for ecological restoration.

Eco Vision Australia provide a comprehensive suite of skills and services to assist with projects of varying scales.
